News the duo partied at hotspot nightclub Bootsy Bellows Friday night, hanging out from around midnight until closing, after grabbing dinner together. Although the pair partied, Bieber didn’t drink and they kept it platonic, with “nothing flirty happening between the two of them.” A source said, “Rita and Justin are good friends.”
